A radiant young plant that I have ordered multiple times. Following the advice of another customer, I now choose the plastic-free option as the packages withstand shocks better. The ray floret arrived in excellent condition indeed.

My two young plants arrived in good condition in their package, which was quite jumbled. It was bouncing around in there, but the packaging that protects the plants was effective, so no damage. They are now planted and can grow quietly to strengthen themselves, spread out, and produce lovely flowers.

Very disappointed. A portion of the three young plants arrived in pieces at the bottom of the box. The young plants themselves in a less than glorious state. Issue with the packaging, during transit, or prior to departure? Impossible to say. I didn't even dare to replant them. In my opinion, they won't recover.
