Very disappointed with this item: the iron is indeed of good quality, but very small (short) and not very effective on joints in clay soil and rustic paving stones, especially since the handle is quite long (which, with a more aggressive iron, could be a good thing...) it is tedious to "aim accurately". Perhaps usable by cutting the handle for close work while sitting on a stool. But that was not the intention. I should have better assessed the proportions of the tool from the photos...

I already have the long-handled hoe, and I am adding the short-handled one. Very good tool. Easy to handle.

I am very pleased with this tool. I use it every day to cut weeds, plant my seedlings (instead of using a shovel), make rows for planting, hoe, and rake... I should mention that I am right-handed, and despite my age, its small handle does not give me back pain. It needs to be sharpened from time to time, but that's completely normal. I highly recommend this tool. Given its price, I was hesitant to order it, but honestly, I absolutely do not regret my purchase.

Very good tool, only downside is that it is more suited for right-handed people than left-handed ones!
