I planted a clematis in May last year... 3 weeks later, the plant died. What a shame!

Planted in May 2019. Beautiful growth of stems and leaves. Strong emergence of new leaves and stems currently underway. No flowering yet, but I hope it will happen this season.

For this plant, I was sorry; it had suffered (during transportation? during packaging? or before) and was severed at its base. Promesse de fleurs replaced it with another cultivar that has thrived perfectly, and while it did not produce any flowers this year, which seems quite normal, it is a true promise for the future.

The plant was damaged by a very poor delivery, it hasn't grown since, but it's not dead.
