Surprise and disappointment upon discovering a young plant barely in existence! With the passage of slugs, the vine-plant will cease to exist. Let's hope they don't find it appetizing and that it will survive the winter... Answer in spring!

I wasn't aware, I'm trying, for now specific research area arrived the day after the shipment, very well packaged. Beautiful leafy stem, in perfect condition, young plant about 40cm (16in) tall already. Looking forward to the flowering. Thank you, it's perfect as always.

Hello, I received my flower order from Promesse de Fleurs placed on 9th July. The package arrived today, 15th July, instead of the expected 12th July. Please find enclosed the condition of the package. Needless to say, I am not likely to place another order at this address. If the package is marked top and bottom, it would have been wise to ensure that the plants at the top do not end up... upside down or vice versa. I have never seen such a silly packaging. As a result, as you can see in the photo, the plants are completely uprooted, with very little soil around some of them. I do not recommend this address, it is one to avoid. I have attached a photo of the condition of the plants.

The plant is just starting to regrow. There are many small buds at the base. I hope it will start growing well again.

This stunning clematis, received and planted with great care and watered properly, deteriorated in record time and completely. I have never seen anything like this before. I can send you a photo of it. I am very disappointed.

This clematis arrived to me with 2 stems, one of which is broken or dead. I hope it will regrow properly.
