Very well
Smaller young plants than the other varieties I've taken that I hope to see grow big.

my usual order
I order them every year and I love them.

All died" translates to "All have died" in British English.
Planted simultaneously with Digitalis in a big border, none of these vine-plants seem to have survived despite good weather conditions. They were quite feeble-looking upon arrival despite being handled quickly. Perhaps they were too young to be shipped out and transplanted. I have previously grown Nicotiana very successfully and regret that these did not take.

The 5 babies are in a planter, waiting for a little more warmth before being planted in the ground, and they already look very pretty.

Southern Burgundy (near Lyon)
1 young plant in a pot full sun. 2 young plants in partial shade. The start was slow (scorching June) then off it went! The first one to bloom was the one in the pot: magnificent with its cascading trumpet-shaped flowers! And an intoxicating fragrance. And pure white! The leaves are a bit sticky and smell, if I remember correctly, a bit like rhubarb? It's a shame you have to wait for the temperatures to cool down to fully enjoy the scent! In the ground, it took longer but the plants grew to a height of 1.20 m (4ft) with nice wide leaves. And no more flowering stems. It's a pity that everything is finished after this one extended flowering, nothing left for the end of summer. Perhaps I missed something to prolong this flowering? Nevertheless, magnificent and a fabulous aroma!

Fragrant and insect-repellent
+ : very fragrant, decorative bells, continuous flowering, captures and traps all small flying insects (gnats, mosquitoes, etc.) - : only 1 young plant out of 3 survived; very damaged during transportation :-( Pruning of very large habit and quite invasive.

Very good 8
I'm looking forward to the flowering that I already know and that is splendid.

fairly satisfactory condition
Beautiful young plants for two, but the last one had the leaves broken. The tiny ones were beautiful. Replanted in a small pot to recover.
