Very disappointed, already upon receipt the plant was not beautiful, it couldn't revive and is dead, I had asked for a replacement but I didn't receive a response.

3 out of the plants are unusable.
Two small plants arrived without soil around the roots, and the little shoots were broken and did not recover. The third plant seems to be fine.

I am disappointed because 7 plants arrived broken and despite immediate repotting, they have died. The others are doing very well.

Plants arrived dried out, planted and protected but dead, disappointed.

The plants suffered during transportation by La Poste, and I only have one out of three that made it... but Promesse de Fleurs immediately refunded me for the two plants that didn't survive.

2 out of 3 have died and they arrived with the root ball dried out with this kind of packaging, it would have been better in a small bag.
