The package arrived all smashed, the beans are all over the place. The use by dates are short. And the telesales agent doesn't care. What a shame.

However, I would like to draw your attention to the very environmentally unfriendly choice of shipping method: a small cardboard package delivered by truck to our doorstep. Wouldn't a simple bubble wrap envelope sent through the post have saved a lot of CO2 for the environment and simplified traffic on country roads?...
