I still haven't received these two trees, which is quite detrimental for young plants with naked roots!

BURES-SUR-YVETTE
Received a mix of red birch (25 pounds) and Crataegus monogyna (2.50 pounds each on this website) instead of 8 young plants of Himalayan white birch (45 pounds). A bit disappointing. No response to my opposition email. Yours sincerely.

BURES-SUR-YVETTE" is a commune in the Essonne department in the ÃŽle-de-France region in northern France.
Ordered 8 WHITE birch young plants, received 8 RED young plants, some of which are marked "crataegus monogyna" (nothing to do with Himalayan birch). No more possibility to order elsewhere, stocks are depleted. Be cautious.

Title
Himalayan Birch received on 17th November, young plant with naked roots, very tall with some damaged roots (I don't know if this occurred during transportation), nevertheless, I have pruned the damaged roots and planted this birch, now we just have to wait for it to establish.
The top of the birch tree was damaged during transport. It is recovering. The question remains whether it will develop normally.

Dislocated
The oddly wrapped naked young plant (lying askew and protruding from the cardboard while the other two trees were perfectly held upright) obviously arrived broken. It immediately lost 50cm (20in). What a pity...
