Haute-Savoie" translates to "Upper Savoy" in British English.
The maple tree quickly produced small leaves, but they were soft and falling outward.
This is not my first maple tree, and all the others have beautiful leaves, upright and with good posture.
Why is this one reacting like this?
I don't think it will survive.
I have made several purchases from you, and apart from this case, I am satisfied with your plants.

Title
Naked young plant, arrived well packaged, ramified, but shorter than advertised (60 cm (24in) instead of 100/120 cm (39/47in)).

No news, all good.

Tall stems branching out in all directions
He doesn't have a very nice shape, I will have to do some pruning. There are large branches going in all directions, very unattractive. It's a shame it wasn't properly maintained before being sold.
I bought this little maple tree a year ago. It arrived well packaged. I planted it in a pot, sheltering it in a closed and solar-heated veranda throughout the winter. In spring, it was moved to an open and sheltered veranda, and I waited for its leaves. Nothing. Unfortunately, it didn't do anything and died. Young maples can be temperamental, but I thought I'd give it a try. It's a shame, especially since all my other purchases have gone well so far.
Plants well packaged but the leaves are drying up.
Bush in poor condition.
I ordered an indigofera, a chocolate albizia, and this maple, only the indigofera was in good condition.
It's disappointing, this is the 3rd order with big necks but the plants are not beautiful.
I'm stopping here for orders.
