I really love the scabious plants that are very floriferous and require little maintenance. They are hardy, highly resistant to cold and drought.

A flower this year, I'll wait until next year to see if it will hold.

It did not survive.

A young plant, ultimately robust (was hit by late frosts while in flower buds..), which will require 1 more year to become bushier and support its huge flowers (7/8cm (3in) in diameter)!

Planted in the autumn but no growth this year...

They are happy and give us beautiful water buds.
