The bucket has arrived, with the soil spread in the package. No visible presence of root or stem. I am advised to plant it and see its growth in 3 weeks. First question: in which direction should I plant it without any obvious clue? Anyway, after 3 weeks, no sign of growth... So they offer me a refund... No interest when you consider the amount of shipping charges that are not covered! Disappointed.

Received this young plant as a promotion, the roots are fine, I wasn't familiar with this plant; I will give it time to acclimate to my soil, I will see next year.
