We always respect the vegetative cycle of young plants and we even placed an order more than a month in advance based on the information and photos provided on your website. Unfortunately, the photo displayed on the ordering website "as delivered" is not at all in accordance with what we received, although the price is the same. Please reconsider your commercial strategy.

I placed a fairly large order of plants indicated as available, choosing a delivery date to ensure good conditions for the plants for their establishment. The 4 Sanguisorba plants were not delivered on the scheduled date. They were delivered later. These plants suffered due to the non-compliance with the initially planned date and did not establish themselves, just like 4 other plants of a different variety, making a total of 8. I am very disappointed. I hope Promesse de Fleurs will make a commercial gesture considering the amount of the order and the non-compliance with the delivery date.
