I ordered, received, and planted three tillers of Gaura Lollypop this spring. They have established well, are tall and beautiful, but none of them have flowered so far. Is this normal?

Small vine-plants meticulously packed as expected, well hydrated and healthy despite the delivery received after 7 days (shipped on 30/4/2020 - received on 07/05/2020). I immediately potted them in 10 cm (4in) pots so that they can strengthen before planting. I am looking forward to seeing them grow and flower. This was my first order from Promesses de Fleurs and I am entirely satisfied. Seriousness and professionalism. I highly recommend!!! Small well-packaged water, arrived in good condition and repotted immediately. But, they are still very small! After a month and a half, they measure about 10 cm (4in) and are very beautiful. I hope they will shoot quickly by the end of spring so that I can plant them in the ground because otherwise, it will be a bit late for the flowering this summer...
