Ain (near Lyon)
Plant purchased in September 2017. 2 months later, it had disappeared, completely trampled by builders working on my house... From the following spring, it reappeared, in a modest way and without flowering. This year, it is resplendent: 80 cm (32in) in circumference, 30 cm (12in) tall, with abundant leaves and flowers! So here is a plant that withstands everything... And what a superb decorative foliage! A delight. It is planted in the shade, in heavy and cool clay soil.

Three young plants that restarted in mid-February. It has rained a lot and they have suffered from excessive moisture partly due to too thick mulching. The leaves were turning brown. I rearranged my planting and they seem to be doing well. The leaves and flowers are very beautiful. Vibrant and electric atmosphere.
