The two clematis plants that were ordered were placed upside down in the package, causing the stems of one to be crushed by the weight of the other's pot. I had to cut them, but I believe they will regrow even though it will take some time. RESPONSE FROM PROMESSE DE FLEURS We apologize as we place great importance on the quality of our plants and their growth. If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us at 03.61.76.08.10 and we will proceed with a replacement or refund.

Chatres" is the name of a town in France, known as Chartres in English. It is famous for its stunning Gothic cathedral.
Hello, I would like to know what is the difference between "Blue Dancer" and "Francis Rivis" since the descriptions are identical. Thank you.

PARIS 16" would be translated to "Paris 16th" in British English.
The plant delivered is only half the size advertised. It was packed with four other plants in the same package. The care given to the delivery is not satisfactory.

No flowers this year, but three long stems that climbed over 2m (7ft). Perhaps planted too late (end of March)? I have high hopes for next spring.

This clematis is described as pink, even though in the photo the colour appears more mauve violet... What is the true colour of this item? Thank you, Lydie

Morières Les Avignon
Thanks to Victorien (order preparation & quality control) and Thibault (shipping service), the received clematis has no foliage and appears "very dry". Planted at the base of a climbing Iceberg rose and some other companions. Now patiently waiting for spring recovery... (or not...).

St Martin de Crau (13)" would be translated as "St Martin de Crau (13)" in British English as it is a proper noun and does not require translation.
A disaster! The package was mishandled, 2 of the clematis plants were no longer in their pots and the branches were broken at ground level. A "FRAGILE" label on the package might perhaps prevent this... Nevertheless, they have been planted, with a bit of luck and a prayer to the patron saint of gardeners... It's a shame to have waited over 2 months to receive plants in this condition.

Very invigorating and generous
A beautiful clematis with fleshy and generous flowers. It only asks to flourish when the conditions are right.
