Our range of Ceropegia, trailing-stemmed plants for indoors. The Ceropegia genus includes graceful plants with slender, trailing stems, often grown in hanging baskets. The most well-known is Ceropegia woodii, also called "String of Hearts", a delicate liana with small heart-shaped leaves, green marbled with silver. Its tubular flowers, shaped like tiny lanterns, are purple-pink. Ceropegia sandersonii, nicknamed "Parachute flower", stands out with its curious pale green star-shaped flowers. Ceropegia ampliata, with its creamy-white flowers featuring a long tubular corolla, is another interesting species.

Native to tropical regions of Africa and Asia, Ceropegias prefer a very bright exposure and a well-draining substrate, tending towards sandy. Water them moderately, allowing the growing medium to dry slightly between waterings. These frost-sensitive plants thrive indoors and tolerate short periods of drought.
