Fleshy, very healthy and very hard

Planted in your dry soil in Brittany, they struggled to develop roots and then received too much water, leading to a tendency to rot.

Very good harvest, perfect.

Currently, I'm waiting for the harvest before giving a more accurate opinion.

Once received, I had to remove 8 damaged shallots that wouldn't have grown at all. We'll see about the others that haven't been planted yet.
