I initially ordered a 'Prunus The Bride', but Promesse de Fleurs' customer service called me to explain that they were not satisfied with the quality of the product they were going to dispatch, and offered me a refund or an exchange with another plant of equivalent value. I appreciated their approach, which demonstrates their concern for selling a quality product and satisfying the customer. As someone who was hesitant to order a plant online, I must admit that I am pleasantly surprised, the customer service is excellent, well done. So, I opted for a 'Prunus incisa Kojo no mai', planted in mid-October. Five and a half months later, it is already in flower, I am truly very satisfied with my purchase!

Beautiful shrub upon delivery, only a small branch broken. Planted in a pot since and has recovered well, magnificent foliage color in autumn! Can't wait to see the flowers...

Ordered in August 2022 for delivery requested in October, very beautiful little vine-plant upon arrival and well packaged! Placed in a pot since, very nice colour of the leaves this autumn, can't wait to see the flowers in spring! As usual, very satisfied with my order and the customer service over the phone for advice!

My cherry tree has been magnificent. Unfortunately, it is less so now as it is overrun with yellow lichen that has caused some branches to die. It is regrowing from the base, but I am afraid that the lichen will invade it again. The bushes next to it do not show as much of this attack. What should I do? Yours sincerely.

Waterful, I really like it, just like in the picture but even better. I've just discovered the promise of flowers. My orders on other sites weren't fabulous, but when I saw this site, I ordered and since then I can't stop recommending it. Thank you! Exactly as I imagined, with a great number of tortuous branches. It is covered in buds and I am eagerly looking forward to seeing it adorned with hundreds of small pale flowers in spring. Simply magnificent, thank you!
