The beautiful young plant arrived in very good condition with 1 shoot at its base, I immediately repotted it in a large pot (10 L) with fresh forest compost collected on the day of delivery, the beautiful one is bathed in the rain right in the middle of the garden. Thanks to the quality of service from Promise of Flowers.

This plant did not survive the summer, and it is not regrowing.

Not taken back; I am waiting for a replacement, not a refund.

Hello again, regarding this banana tree, I confirm that it hasn't sprouted and hasn't caused any trouble from the base; to me, it is dead. I had actually sent you a photo, after which you had suggested waiting until the beginning of spring. I do not wish to be refunded but rather, I would like it to be replaced, and I thank you for that.

Plant arrived in very good condition, well packaged and well protected. The young banana plant is already well developed (even bigger than described) and it has produced a new leaf since I received it. In short, very happy with my purchase.

Arrived well packaged, the 2 leaves were broken but nothing surprising considering the natural fragility of these leafs. A new leaf is emerging, the root ball was moist, transferred into a pot where it will be more comfortable, can't wait to see it with its beautiful and large leaves!
