Ordered in early March as a bare root plant. Arrived in very poor condition: numerous branches broken and the plant appeared dead or nearly so. I planted it immediately and... the plant is definitely dead. This is the first time I have received a plant in such a state. The rest of the order was fine.

Order cancelled at the last moment! No alternative solution offered... Disappointed!

2 naked young plants not received and not refunded despite the indication of "refunded". It is annoying to allow the possibility of ordering young plants that turn out to be actually unavailable. And not refunding them. A small glitch on your part?

I have taken 2 very well packaged young plants, which have doubled in size since their planting.

I bought it at the end of February, the vine-plant was completely dried out. I was skeptical and indeed the young plant did not recover. What a shame! I advise you not to sell this vine-plant with naked roots so late in the season, I think it's too late to sell with naked roots. (on the other hand, the rest of the order was in very good condition as usual)
