Dense and healthy young plant

Fragrantissima, fragrantissima...Planted in June 2021, in partial shade in my tiny garden where it occupies without a single flower...I'm still waiting this winter, it's disappointing to care for a young plant for its fragrance and see nothing happening, two years later...

Fragrantissima, that's what it was called... Two years later, not a single flower has appeared. I have in my tiny garden this vine-plant that now clutters, without any fragrance. Two years wasn't enough? Or will it never flower? It is in semi-shade, planted as requested... DISAPPOINTMENT! I should have bought a normal, climbing one.
