Box delivered completely battered, young plants scalped, missing !!! including a hibiscus at £17.50 !!! another one missing at £3.90! I am really very disappointed.

First order from Promesse des Fleurs and not satisfied at all! Firstly, the shipping and delivery time were not respected. I called customer service and was told that the delay was due to a quality issue with my hibiscus..."we are very concerned about the quality of our plants and we don't sell you just anything". I was told that my order would be shipped on Tuesday instead of Monday. Indeed, the word "expédié" (shipped) appears on my customer account on Tuesday. However, the carrier states that they have not received anything. Wednesday, nothing either. Thursday morning, still no tracking information for my order and I decide to request a cancellation of my order. I am told that I cannot cancel because my package will be sent later in the day. (On my customer account, my order has been "expedié" (shipped) for 2 days already!) I received my order on Friday. The first impression was rather positive. The hibiscus, still in dormancy, is of reasonable size and well packaged... BUT... when planting, I saw that the substrate and roots were teeming with creatures that were moving rapidly in the soil of my flowerbed... in 30 years of gardening, I have never seen this species of myriapod. But well, this plant has a CE phytosanitary passport number on the label... presumably there was nothing to worry about. Nevertheless, I added fresh potting soil in the planting hole and threw the substrate from the pot onto my compost pile. Later, I did some research on the internet to try to identify these small white myriapods... I think they are either symphyles or scutigerellas. Both species can cause significant damage to seedlings and young plant roots. My garden soil and compost pile are now contaminated with these pests... thanks Promesse des Fleurs! I would really like to know the nature of the "quality issue" that delayed the shipping date of my order. It was noticed that the roots of this hibiscus are teeming with harmful insects... but you decided to send it anyway? Furthermore, you enclosed it in a box with other plants for 2 days before handing the package over to the carrier... which increases the risk of all the plants in the order being contaminated. I have only planted the hibiscus for now, but I just checked the roots of the perennial that was in the same package... and I saw one of these creatures. This is unacceptable. Who issues the CE phytosanitary passport and who should I contact to report this kind of incident?

High-quality bush, well-developed and robust. Particularly careful packaging and fast delivery. There should be no problem with the seriate, but to judge the flowering, we will have to wait until next summer! Very satisfied with this website and its professionalism.
