Superb young plant arrived in very good condition, with leaves well green and shiny. However, you should consider taping the bag around the pot. The wooden pegs are useless, they come off in most cases during transportation and all the soil comes out of the pot.

2 young plants 2/3L received weak and rather puny. Many leaves destroyed during transport. For just an additional 5 pounds per plant, I later found 2 magnificent pendulous fatsia japonicas measuring 80cm (32in) in height at a regular garden centre. Very disappointed with the value for money to the extent that I preferred to discard the received plants that were not even worth planting.

Planted 10 months ago, the 3 false aralias have finally acclimated and are growing at a climate eye! Very decorative young plants!

Received in the same box as an upside-down hydrangea, the aralia did not appreciate it. 6 torn leaves! A bit of soil came out of the pot! Advice from Promise of Flowers... place the aralia alone in a box, please. No worries! A little pruning will not harm its growth, on the contrary!
