The 1st 'fleur' purchased arrived: very tall but completely dry!! After a few weeks in a pot, small black flies appeared in large numbers!!! And still no green. 'Promise of Flowers' refunded me. I got another one: it arrived smaller, but green :) !!! To be continued, regarding its recovery.

Very disappointed with the Mini Red Callistemon masotti arrived in a deplorable state. Just 3 or 4 "flowers" completely dried up. Broken "branches" with hardly any "leaves" and all dried out. "Earth" as hard as concrete. It is scandalous to dare to sell and ship a "young plant" in such a condition. First and last order.

The branch that was delivered to us was dead. A true scandal to dare to sell and deliver a completely dried-up plant, with broken branches, just a few leaves still "attached" and completely cooked flowers. A first experience that I will not repeat.

I am delighted as with every order. Parcel well wrapped. Flower in excellent condition and I immediately placed it in my garden. Thank youuuuu.
