Young plant arrived very damaged, branches broken, and more annoyingly, the top as well, amputated by 20 cm (8in).
To get to this point, I can imagine the treatment the delivery driver gave it.
I hope it will regain a normal shape. I am disappointed.

After one year, a young plant in perfect health! Planted in a wet area, on a mountainous climate land. It benefits from the peaty soil and is in excellent shape. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Dunes
Tree received on time but slightly damaged (presumably during transportation, like the rose bushes in my previous order).
I am giving it only 3 stars because the tree arrived pruned at the top. I find this quite disappointing and surprising for a tree that is supposed to reach a height of 30m+.

I love this tree, I had one a few years ago and it was 5 meters (16 feet) tall when I bought it. Several years later, it had grown to 18 meters (59 feet).
The only thing that saddens me about my purchase is that I couldn't unpack it right away, its top was broken. Not disappointed by the tree, but by its branch.

Received in good condition and quickly.
Product well packaged, no risk of damage.
I'm waiting for spring to see if it grows back well.

Very well packaged and soil well moist despite significant heat for 2 days in transit from the North! It spent 2 hours immersed in a water tray before planting! Well planted with a good mix of garden soil, compost, and bacterial soil! It looks very beautiful! It seems that it will grow 1m (3ft) per year! We'll see! I decided to plant it now because the hot temperatures of July have passed and apparently the weather forecast predicts alternating rain and sun! So perfect! It is situated in an open garden, in full sun, and with water not far from its roots! That's it!

magnificent young plant planted in 1980 and currently must measure 25 m (82ft) and 15 m (49ft) in spread. No concerns about frost as it can withstand temperatures as low as -17° (1.4°F) -20° (-4°F) on any type of soil.

Delivered on time but the tree is pruned by 20-30 cm (8-12in) at the top to fit into the box. Very disappointing for a conifer, I don't see how the natural habit of the tree can now be preserved.
Superb young plants delivered in a very good condition with a yellow-green foliage. Greener than the yellow shown in the illustration, but it may be its late-season colour. The delivery and especially the packaging were perfect, with root to top protection. Now, all that remains is to wait for spring and water to promote a restart in the best possible conditions.
