Haute-Savoie" would be translated as "Upper Savoy" in British English.
I ordered three young plants in 40/50. They were well packaged. The concern comes more from the carrier who tosses the cardboard around despite the "plants/fragile" label. Upon opening, a little bit of water to put back in the pots, but nothing too serious. The soil was still moist. The plants did not suffer. The specimens are very beautiful and healthy. That's the main thing. Delighted with my order.

SAINT LAURENT DES ARBRES" would be translated as "SAINT LAURENT OF THE TREES" in British English.
Unfortunately, the young plant (southwest exposure in the South of France) did not take. It reddened and then withered.
The substrate was, however, suitable.
Without knowing whether it comes from the plant or my planting, I would be at a loss to give a rating to this product. In any case, it unfortunately did not take in my case.

Ordered 2 young plants of 100/125. The plants are healthy, but very poorly packaged. They arrived bent (box too small) and after 8 days of transportation, I am having difficulty straightening the stems which remain slightly twisted. Additionally, one of the specimens is only 80 cm (32in) tall with a broken trunk (prior to shipment as there was no stem tip in the box). Poor quality control at the shipping stage.

Meaning
Tree received in poor condition, with dry and brittle foliage. It is deplorable considering the price. I am disappointed.

ISSOUDUN (Indre)" would be translated as "ISSOUDUN (Indre)" in British English, as it is a proper noun and does not require translation.
Very beautiful young plant, well structured, well protected for transportation.
Sent by Royal Mail with parcel tracking and indication of a delivery time slot.

Healthy bushes delivered in good condition.

Morières Les Avignon" would be translated into British English as "Morières Les Avignon". The name of the place remains the same in both languages.
Thanks to Ludivine (order preparation & quality control) and the dispatch department, the "Totem" cypress (30/40 cm (12/16in) in height) received appears to be healthy. Planted at the end of the alley, facing Southeast in the south of France, it should logically thrive...

SAINT ANDELAIN
Height consistent with the one advertised. A little disappointed: the 2 young plants are very spindly.

Very satisfied with this order, I ordered this Provence cypress in the 40/60cm (16/24in) pruning and received this conifer, it is 1m (3ft) tall. I planted it in a pot, it is very beautiful and well-shaped, I am delighted. I thank Promesse de Fleurs for the quality of their products. One small drawback for the order, it was quickly dispatched by Promesse de Fleurs to a collection point. I did not receive an SMS or email informing me of the collection point, I had to check my account to know that my neck had arrived. Perhaps a glitch from the carrier!
