The tree arrived in good condition and quickly, but it is much smaller than what was advertised on the website...only 1.50 meters (5 feet) at most in its pot (compared to approx. 2 meters (7 feet))...I hope it will shoot up quickly...

The tree arrived with 5 broken branches due to a careless carrier. The customer service of Promesse de fleurs is very attentive and responsive. They offered us a credit for the shipping costs. The tree is guaranteed for two years for replanting, which is reassuring. It is still a tree with a magnificent flower that will regain its splendor in a few years. I am used to ordering from Promesse de fleurs and I recommend them for their professionalism.
