I am always satisfied with the quality of the young plants you have delivered to me. I just found this bamboo a bit small, but it has grown quickly and has become beautiful.

Very satisfied
Bamboo received in perfect condition.
Very good quality.
Super disappointed, scrawny and full of yellowed leaves. I've put your 3 bamboos in photo 1 and in photo 2, I've put the one I got for 8 pounds at the supermarket 3 days ago!!! I won't be ordering again.

LA FERTE ALAIS" would be translated as "LA FERTE ALAIS" in British English. It is a proper noun and doesn't require translation.
Very pleased with my order, taller than the pruning indicated.

The bamboos arrived in good condition but the clumps were very dry. As soon as they were planted in my large planter, watered generously, they languished for a good month, and I was afraid they wouldn't revive. The surprise was pleasant upon my return from vacation, discovering about ten rootstocks emerging from the ground and having grown very well, to the point that some are already taller than the original bamboo. Autumn is approaching, and we will see next spring if they reach the desired height, aiming to create a dense hedge. For now, I am very satisfied!

The culms have been pruned to fit in the cardboard box, as was already the case with the other bamboos I had purchased, so I had chosen a smaller young plant this time. Moreover, the plants that arrived were advertised as being 80/100 cm (32/39in), but they measure 70 cm (28in). I am therefore disappointed!
CHATEAUNEUF LES MARTIGUES" does not need to be translated as it is a proper noun.
I ordered this 3rd culm to create a vegetal privacy screen (I received 2 others two weeks ago), bad surprise: it is half the pruning of the other two culms, indeed, its culms have been cut, to fit in the box I imagine? really a shame...

Plant arrived in good condition, albeit slightly dehydrated.
One of the 2 bamboos planted in 2021 has completely fallen over, turned brown, lost its leaves for many seeds, while the second one has developed beautifully, producing several canes over 3m (10ft) this year. Is it a disease? Shouldn't it be cut down to the ground, or even uprooted?

Beautiful young plant arrived in perfect condition, with culms already black. However, I am very disappointed that the culms have been cut to fit in the box. It is not aesthetic and, above all, it seems to me that cut shoots no longer grow. I hope I am wrong...
