A young plant did not take root, Promesse de Fleurs' customer service replaced it free of charge (thank you for the commercial gesture). The package was delivered quickly, and the packaging was very well done.

Take it very slowly.

Delivery time not respected (5 days instead of 3), plant arrived etiolated, with broken branch tips and damaged leaves, but a blackberry hybrid will certainly recover...

When I received it, I thought the young plant was delicate because I saw other blackberry plants that keep their leaves all year round, but no, everything is fine, it is producing leaves, great!

Contrary to the 2 other young plants, very beautiful subject that did not suffer from transportation. IT
