As usual, fast delivery, careful packaging, but disappointment. The 2 young plants delivered are very short (8cm (3in)) with 2 leaves showing black spots. I'm not sure if I can save them!!

The young plant suffered from a delivery that took too long. Almost no leaves were left when it was planted.

Thank you to your team for addressing my disappointment when I was desperately waiting to see the shoots... and you kindly offered a replacement. The vine-plant I received is green and has emerged from the ground. I received it sooner than expected, which shows the responsiveness of everyone involved. We don't see much above ground, but I think that with the shoot growth, it will be an explosion.

Specific research area well received in good conditions, we will see how the young plants will react to our region.

I look forward to seeing it bloom next year and hopefully flourish.
