What I received doesn't look anything like the picture. The young plant is barely 5 cm (2in).

Never saw the light of day

Here is over a week that I am writing to inform you that the 2 young plants that you sent me were all dry and therefore dead and that consequently I am requesting a refund from you. To this day, I have no news from you, is this deliberate? I would like to hear from you quickly. I had made the same request for a beak tangérine. YOURS SINCERELY

I'm sorry but the 2 young plants arrived completely dry and there is no hope of recovery. Please arrange for a refund. Kind regards

I'm sorry because I have been ordering from you for several years and I had always received young plants in good condition, but this year I was particularly disappointed. The order I received yesterday, the beaks of cranes are almost white. The order I am receiving today is no better, especially a naked linum perenne that looks rather dry. I doubt the survival of all these plants. I admit that it makes me think twice about ordering next year.
