Positive aspects: Beautiful ground cover, planted in heavy and moist soil with the addition of compost (but sand should have been added), this variegated dead-nettle has a wandering nature and has chosen to settle itself 4m (13ft) away at the base of a shaded wall, always damp in winter where nothing else was growing (except moss), much to my despair! It now brightens up this wall with its magnificent variegated foliage, flowers every year and peacefully spreads.
Negative aspects: None.
Overall opinion: Ideal for damp shady areas where moss thrives. Add compost and sand to lighten heavy, clayey soils.
Roinville sous Dourdan" translates to "Roinville beneath Dourdan" in British English.
Well-packaged young plant without excessive plastic, arrived still moist and in good health, looking forward to the spring to admire the flowering. Very satisfied.

Received in the midst of a heatwave, the young plant had suffered during transportation but was well moist. Sturdy habit that has recovered well. Silvery foliage and a very beautiful immaculate white flowering. Delighted.

Package received 36 hours after ordering. Thanks to Gwendoline for the packaging, young plants were impeccable and still moist upon unpacking. A promising sign for a flowering in spring.

These lamiums have developed very well, they now form clumps of about 60 cm (24in) after 4 months and some have surprised me by flowering again in September!
