Very disappointed!
The cardboard, made of single corrugated, didn't withstand the shock and was dented everywhere and open in one corner, despite the tape and blister packs. The spikes were damaged, one had no branches. The soil used is of very poor quality and the rooting was almost non-existent. We have serious doubts about the survival of these spikes, despite our professional experience. We placed the plants in the shade, as advised, and yet the foliage immediately deteriorated. We purchased these plants from you because we had no other choice, but we are ashamed to send them to our client, especially considering their price! Thankfully, it is autumn, I dare not imagine the result of planting if it were spring! We are very disappointed and do not intend to order plants from you again. You have an impressive selection, but the quality-to-price ratio is very poor. We hope that these criticisms will allow you to improve. Chloé from Jardin des Alpes.

Hello, I have already partially given my opinion before the delivery on its tracking and in relation to your deadlines. For me, I find it a shame that when you do not respect your dates, you do not inform your customers as soon as possible. We understand that there may be date shifts, but it would be more pleasant to know! I had to call and I was very well informed, but it was me who took the initiative!!!
