PARIS
Hello Very, very disappointed. 3 months later, two sad stems that are fighting each other, 20cm (8in) tall is not what I was expecting based on the photo; I wanted very tall, thick stems with true palmate leaves, not tangled grass; especially considering it's expensive for what it is! Regards

Extremely disappointed! Absurd delivery time... This was my first order, it will be the last! The transport providers are not at all habit and the customer service is not up to par.

Papyrus is a type of aquatic plant that belongs to the Cyperaceae family. It is native to the Nile Delta region in Egypt and is commonly found growing in shallow water or marshy areas. Papyrus plants have tall, slender stems that can reach up to 4 meters
Nothing to do with the picture on the website, upon reception I even wondered if it was indeed a Vine-Plant... after several months in a (big) pot always damp and then planted in the ground, the result is so ugly that I am considering throwing it away.

Very disappointed with this order... The papyrus is completely dry, it's impossible that it was shipped in a proper condition. I won't be recommending it anymore.

Old Boucau
Delighted The papyrus was withered, but I ordered it in March, so its growth had not yet restarted. When it started producing shoots, there was a slight frost, and I was very scared, but it recovered and looks very beautiful. It's producing lots of shoots, and I am delighted.

For once, I am very disappointed with my purchase from PdF. My Papyrus arrived with all its umbels cut, even though there was no reason for it and the website's photo clearly shows several of them... Were they used for propagation by cuttings?
