Thymus pseudolanuginosus - Thyme

Thymus pseudolanuginosus - Thyme

Product sheet

Villeneuve-Tolosane, Occitanie" translates to "Villeneuve-Tolosane, Occitanie" in British English.
The 15 wooly thyme young plants arrived in good condition, the clumps well moistened, well packed in kraft bags and cardboard boxes, as requested without plastic as an option. Thank you for the care given to these beautiful little plants that I planted as soon as I received them, which will serve as ground cover between the stepping stones behind the field of plants.

Field of plants arrived quickly, well protected by plastic shells. And fortunately, because the cardboard was in a pitiful state! Out of the 65 young thyme plants ordered, 4 have a small appearance, very little green and a lot of black. I planted them on the same day of their arrival, to see if they will regain some color. The others were in perfect condition!

mitigé: some beautiful plants and others undergoing water stress relief
Out of the 18 plans received, some were in good health while others had dry branches and looked sad. I suppose this is related to the time of the year and the fact that you only had 20 copies in stock when I ordered 18. The important thing will be the ability to recover, so please be patient.

Very uneven quality
I received 2 thyme plants of the same variety. One is doing very well and the other one is on its last legs. I don't even know if it will recover.

Tiny, absolutely tiny
More promise than flowers: the young plant is minuscule. I would have liked to have my eyes full with the plants, not with a vain glossy paper catalogue included in the package.

Dijon- Burgundy
I planted 3 young plants at the end of April, 20 cm (8in) apart, at the base of a rosemary (where not much else grows...). I watered them during heatwaves. They are spreading well, but they did not flower this year. We'll see next year.
