The bulb has taken well! And the plant looks very nice at first sight! Now we wait for the beautiful flowers.

Well packaged upon arrival, there's nothing left to do.

2 ordered and well received, planted in due time but one never emerged from the ground and the other has never produced a single flower to this day!

In my opinion, Promesse de Fleurs takes us for fools. Supposedly, they refund in case of non-delivery. That's not the case! Do not waste your time on this website, especially if you are Belgian. Tiny plants and appalling customer service. Moreover, if an order is not complete, they send you a refund check even if you paid by credit card (costing us fees). Truly disappointing. Rarely do they respond, unless you leave a negative comment. I will no longer place orders with you, and of course, I will never recommend you.

The plant never grew, the tuber was already withered upon receiving my order. Furthermore, there is a missing item, Helianthus perennial, for which I was sent a cheque that incurs fees to cash (in Belgium, cheques haven't been used for years), even though I had paid by bank transfer. I eventually sent the cheque back to you by post along with various information about myself, and still no news! I wonder if people aren't being taken for a ride here? I'm a bit disappointed! I hope to hear from you, and no more empty talk this time. Yours sincerely

Very small bulb, did not grow... first disappointment since I became a customer... (recently, it's true...). But until now, satisfied despite the current circumstances of lockdown.

Hello, I am very satisfied with everything that is potted plants from Promesse de Fleurs, but when it comes to seeds and bulbs, it's much less the case. The 2 nasturtium bulbs are tiny, less than a cm. Completely dry. Nothing like the photo. I planted them without much hope...

The tuber received is not in good condition. I'm not sure if it will grow. We'll see...
