no problem
She arrived quickly and in good condition. All that's left for me to do is plant her and watch her thrive.

Too small and not fresh.
I was expecting better quality from you compared to the quality of my previous orders, but the received clematis is weak and very small in size with a wobbly stake ;( Considering its growth rate, I don't expect any flowers this year. Disappointed.

As with every delivery, plant in perfect condition. I have no worries about its survival.

The plant received is in very poor condition. Some leaves are half blackened and a dead stem... very disappointed.

The package was torn open at the level of the clematis, which was cleanly cut 5 cm (2in) from the rootball. I suppose and hope that it will regrow next year. No issues with the other plants.

I ordered this plant before winter and received it in perfect condition. Today, I am delighted to admire its blooming and growth, which bodes well for a bright future.

Very long delivery and plant arrived sick. I contacted your customer service and reported the issue through the form, but haven't received any response so far.

The delivery went very badly due to the carrier DPD's way of doing things... First, I received an SMS the day before confirming the delivery on Friday between 1 and 3pm (which was already agreed upon). I was on the lookout, in my garden, waiting for the truck to pass by. Around 3pm, I checked my phone and read the following message: Your DPD France parcel no. 250062801776472721 is available at the pick-up point. Your parcel could not be delivered to your home, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Since I didn't have a car that day and didn't want to leave the parcel until the following Monday, I managed to arrange with a friend to pick up the parcel at the pick-up point before it closed! While picking up the parcel, I read the address label on which there was a handwritten note in blue pen: no access to door, dpd. ????????? Back at home, I contacted DPD, or rather one of their robots... I'm waiting for a response.... And I quickly proceeded to unpacking, what a disappointment... the parcel must have been tossed around, because NEVER have I seen such a disaster. Only the 2 santolines had carefully remained in their cardboard "compartments," as well as the 2L potted Achillea. The Achillea in the small pot was easy to repot, no harm done. But it's the two clematis that suffered the most, especially the 2L potted Clematis cirrhosa Balearica!!!! The Clematis armandii in the small pot was completely "uprooted." I immediately repotted it. It doesn't seem to be in good health... However, I can already reassure you about the Clematis cirrhosa Balearica, this morning I discovered ONE small pale green leaf developing on a stem. Extraordinary Mother NATURE and undoubtedly VERY GOOD GARDENERS at PROMESSE de FLEURS... Thank you to them. There is only one doubt about the Japanese Anemone. I have photos on my phone (borrowed for a few days by my husband) which I will send to you in a few days. My apologies for this long comment, sincerely.
