Very beautiful flowered from April to frost, spectacular.

Have been blooming late and are not as beautiful as the ones I managed to sow in the past. 30-40 cm (12-16in) high...

The leaves have also turned slightly yellow, but I believe they will regain their vigour without too much trouble.

Very pretty flowers already had last year in my flowerbed but this year I'm going to try in a pot.

Three tiny naked young plants all died quickly.

So the pruning is ridiculously small.

Of the three, in similar pots, it is truly the violet that has given its majestic "midrib"...

Completed with locally purchased young plants.
