I made the mistake of sowing all at once and too early in March, it is better to wait for May or September.

This poppy is slightly later than the classic Orange, but it is truly splendid. I rely on it to self-seed profusely.

While the poppies shoot up like weeds in my garden, this variety didn't produce anything. What a shame. But I have to say that the seeds from Thompson and Morgan are disappointing in practice. From now on, I source directly from Sarah Raven or Kings seeds. Large packets and top-quality seeds.
