These Precision Topiary Shears by Spear & Jackson are the perfect tool for creating and maintaining topiaries, as well as other forms of meticulous pruning on soft and dense stems. The scissor-like blades, measuring 164 mm in length, are made of high-carbon steel. The handle is very comfortable, featuring a soft-touch coating. The ends of the handles are connected by a spring that opens the shears with each release of the handle. A safety lock allows them to be closed and stored securely. This product is guaranteed for 10 years by the manufacturer.
