This large Burgon & Ball belt container is your ally for all kinds of picking. It is also a safety guarantee for you, as having both hands free will prevent falls from the ladder, hand injuries, etc... It is very easy to use and will preserve your back and serve you in all repetitive tasks where the use of both hands is an asset: DIY to have screws within reach, cleaning to place your sponge, your cloth or your glass cleaner, collecting fruits and berries, gardening to pick faded flowers, dead herbs and planting bulbs or young plants in the vegetable garden. Its large size makes it the ideal support for picking fruits or vegetables!
Instructions:
Clip the support onto your belt and insert the basket inside, you now have your hands free to perform all your gardening tasks such as weeding or picking faded flowers. Once the basket is full, you can easily remove it from its support to empty it into your compost. Once this task is completed, your neoprene basket can go in the dishwasher if you want to store it clean and dry.
You can climb the ladder and pick fruits to put them directly into the basket, they will not be crushed and you will have your hands free to reach for branches whose fruits are inaccessible to you. Berry picking becomes a pleasure, with both hands you can grab branches without getting pricked and can collect raspberries, blackberries, currants... and gather them without damaging them. Once the picking is done, you can remove the basket from its support, transfer your harvest or even cook it directly because the basket is microwave safe (but a copper pot will give a better result!).
And when gardening and vegetable gardening time is over, this basket is an ideal place for pegs to hang freshly washed laundry! You might even have it borrowed for DIY projects, be careful!

The flowering period indicated on our website applies to countries and regions located in USDA zone 8 (France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, etc.)
It will vary according to where you live:
- In zones 9 to 10 (Italy, Spain, Greece, etc.), flowering will occur about 2 to 4 weeks earlier.
- In zones 6 to 7 (Germany, Poland, Slovenia, and lower mountainous regions), flowering will be delayed by 2 to 3 weeks.
- In zone 5 (Central Europe, Scandinavia), blooming will be delayed by 3 to 5 weeks.
In temperate climates, pruning of spring-flowering shrubs (forsythia, spireas, etc.) should be done just after flowering.
