Corncockle Milas organic seeds - Agrostemma githago

Milas Corncockle, also known as Milas Field Cuckoo, is an annual plant, scientifically named Agrostemma githago. A weed species in cereal fields, similar to poppies and cornflowers, it is currently endangered. In summer, this plant produces large bright pink funnel-shaped flowers. Appreciated for its ornamental value, it is ideal for rustic flower beds and thrives easily in well-drained, fertile soils. The Corncockle belongs to the Caryophyllaceae family. Native to Europe, temperate Asia, and North Africa, it has spread worldwide through wheat harvests.
