The plants from the Pioneer Garden selection in our spring/summer 2024 catalogue. Great sallow, birch trees, white dogwood, or Vitalba clematis easily establish themselves in areas abandoned by many plants. A symbiosis is formed between inert matter and living organisms. Discover Aralia elata, the tree angelica, a majestic plant with large pinnate leaves that bring an exotic touch to the garden. Near it, imagine Silene vulgaris with its swollen flowers, a robust and poetic native perennial that will naturalize. Also plant Euphorbia lathyris, the garden spurge with architectural lines that stands out with its graphic appearance. Next to it, Epilobium angustifolium, with its long spikes of pink flowers, will create a striking contrast. Among these wild beauties, also discover the Birds' Cabaret Dipsacus fullonum, a tall biennial plant with bristly flower heads and a unique texture. Among the trees, Paulownia tomentosa, fast-growing and undemanding, provides appreciable shade. It's time to reclaim. Faced with a degraded landscape, nature is capable of self-regeneration. Very resilient and requiring little maintenance, pioneer plants are the first to take root in hostile or barren lands. Discover them in this selection.
