Very disappointed - packaging not suitable, too big - branches of the plant were broken because they were very thin - I had to trim the whole thing... plus, the pot displays names that are not in French, so I wonder where the plant comes from. It's a shame, the problem is that "Promesse de fleurs" does not offer consistent quality - sometimes it's very good and other times not so good... What a shame!

Description

Buddleia 'Blue Chip' is unlike other butterfly bushes, it is a dwarf variety that bears pretty spikes of blue-mauve flowers throughout the summer. Its compact size reaches 1m (3 to 4ft) in width and is suitable for sunny borders as well as south-facing terraces.

The Buddleia is a bush found along riversides, in rocky regions, and in copses in Asia, Africa, and America. It is appreciated for its panicles of small tubular flowers, often fragrant, which attract butterflies and earn them the nickname "butterfly bush". This plant grows well in a mass planting, preferably near a sunny wall. It blooms practically continuously from June until the first frost.
