Really lovely: a bit tousled and delicate in colour.

Description

Allium pulchellum is a beautiful allium with umbels of pink-lilac flowers, 7 to 10cm (3 to 4in) tall. The flowers are grouped in umbels that open upright and bloom like a fireworks display. The flowering lasts for over 6 weeks and it naturalises well. It readily multiplies in neutral to acidic soil. This bulb is delivered as a rooted plant (it looks like a young leek plant).

Height 40 to 50cm (16 to 20in), flowering June-July. Sold in a set of 3 plants delivered in small pots.
