Planting and care

In any well-drained soil, even limestone, where they can withstand sun and drought without flinching. For a flowered wall, rock garden, paved garden, gravel garden, etc. Pruning of about a third of the new shoots just after flowering, using hedge shears, is beneficial to prevent the thinning out of the center of the clumps. Their foliage persists in winter.
