Description

The Perennial Geranium pratense 'Splish Splash' is remarkable for its very original flowering.

It is covered with numerous white flowers more or less splashed with mauve blue.

Like other perennial geraniums, it makes an excellent ground cover that is not demanding in terms of exposure and soil type.

The perfect combination for it; a white and blue-violet wave with the Geranium sanguineum album and the Geranium Orion. We offer you this composition in the Geranium White-Blue collection, ref 7377.

This perennial geranium is delivered bare-root at the beginning of the season and then in a pot in the middle and end of the season.

Planting and care

To plant your perennial Geranium pratense Splish Splash, prepare your soil to a depth of 20 cm (8in) by crumblying the soil and adding a base amendment such as dried blood or dehydrated horn at the bottom of the planting hole. Position your young plant, removed from its pot, by covering the top of the root ball with 3 cm (1in) of soil, fill in the hole and water generously to eliminate air pockets. During dry weather, it is necessary to water regularly for a few weeks to facilitate establishment.
