Description

Biennials or perennials; few species have ornamental interest. Easy to grow in any garden soil.

Perennial forming low rosettes of lyre-shaped, dark green leaves heavily variegated with cream and pale yellow. Small white flowers with no other interest than promoting plant extension through spontaneous sowing. Beautiful foliage to be planted at the edge of flower beds, alongside creeping bugles.
