Thanks to the individuals (Ludivine for order preparation & Cerise from the shipping department), the rose bush I received appears to be healthy. Planted near the 'Sleeping Beauty' variety from KORDES, I am now looking forward to seeing its progress... note: received without the variety label (which is essential for identifying the rose bush in all seasons).

Description

This is a ground cover rose from the Rigo series, vigorous, very floriferous, very useful for flowering beds, slopes and low walls or living in pots on terraces and balconies. You can also use them to create pretty borders. The Rigo roses are new creations from W. Kordes & Sons, robust, very healthy with abundant and continuous flowering. 'Neon' has wide, bright pink flowers grouped in clusters. Very long flowering. This rose deserves a special place in your garden.

Planting and care

To plant your potted rose, prepare the soil in a 25 cm (10in) cube by crumbling it well and adding a basal amendment such as dried blood or dehydrated horn at the bottom of the planting hole. Position your plant, removed from its pot, covering the top of the root ball with 3 cm (1in) of soil. Fill in and water generously to eliminate air pockets. During dry weather, it is necessary to water regularly for a few weeks to facilitate root development. Also, remember to provide your rose with special rose fertiliser that stimulates flowering in plants.
