Thank you to the individuals (for order preparation and shipping), the phlox received appear healthy to me. Planted near roses, I am now patiently waiting for them to establish... (or not?).

Description

The Phlox subulata Moerheimi, commonly known as moss phlox, is an excellent ground cover with a spreading habit, very floriferous and fast growing. It is ideal for rockeries, wall borders or in a container on a sunny terrace.

This hardy perennial forms a compact and evergreen mat. The Moerheimi moss phlox has 2cm (1in) long, opposite, linear, medium green leaves on prostrate stems that root easily. In April, beautiful 2cm (1in) diameter star-shaped flowers in baby pink cover entirely the foliage, forming a dense carpet of flowers.

Originally from the United States, the Phlox subulata Moerheimi thrives in well-drained, light soil, even in dry and sunny conditions. It is a robust plant that cascades flowers along a wall and brightens up rockeries. Combine it with aubrietas, saxifrages or botanical tulips.
